the lovely Historic Old Town District of Montrose, just a few minutes north of
Glendale. In just over a year, we have garnered five awards and many rave
reviews from foodies throughout the southland for our chef-inspired Andalusian
cuisine, fiery Flamenco performances, weekly entertainment and romantic
courtyard dining.
Casa Córdoba’s Chefs, Cole
Brisco & Erik Zeda, trained under the tutelage of Chef Mike Brown,
previously of Patina, Wolfgang Puck and the Consilient Restaurant Group. They
also opened a Mexican fine dining concept with Chef Brown which was a front-runner
for “Best New Restaurant” per the Dallas Morning News. After traveling to Spain
to explore its diverse culinary styles, our Casa chefs look forward to sharing
their interpretations of southern Spanish cuisine with you.
